Why Nile Bridge Group Exists

Germany faces one of the most severe healthcare staffing shortages in Europe. At the same time, Kenya produces thousands of highly qualified healthcare professionals each year — nurses, caregivers, midwives, and specialists whose talent and dedication are world-class.

Yet the path between Kenya and Germany was plagued by misinformation, unethical agents, and outright fraud. Candidates were being exploited. Employers were being misled. The system was broken.

Nile Bridge Group was founded in 2025 by Achiek Majok Kuol to fix that. To be the bridge that Kenya's healthcare talent deserved — one built on legal compliance, ethical standards, and genuine care for every professional who trusts us with their future.
